Before the years our parents join the school and they pass the subjects itself is the big challenge, because the awareness of education is not 100% in olden days, their mindset is like "scoring highest marks is the best thing", this thought is rooted in their subconscious. So whatever the talent of their child, they fear survival. The British education is giving us "fear of survival". Before the arrival of the British as per the Marco polo reference of his book, he told that there is 100% educated people are there in India. At the evidence of the above-mentioned sentence, you see around yourself in your city where the beautiful temple for more than 1000 years is carved with excellent visionary works.
As per the Archeologist reference, we are the head of import/export business around the world before few 1000 years, if you don't believe much evidence is there in many countries like Egypt, Cambodia, etc. But when the system is changing according to the factory system(current classroom like education) of British, we stop learning and start racing.
This racy mindset that means "I am the number one" will make the thought of dominance cum survival with a cruel mentality.
The flow of the racy mindset is still in our thought. But the technology is moving forward here, nobody wants to change the system.
Though we are in this environment from childhood we always score more than others. instead of developing ourselves, we start comparing ourselves with others
As a chance of little sunshine, this generation is changing, but this is not enough.
we are getting the train the students with more left-brain activity, but in real-time we need right-brained activity to have a successful leader. So the generations of students are struggling to choose their carrier and finally they become salary machine
Nobody tells us from childhood that to study and do our work joyfully, we have to work hard.
psychologically something we don't like you need to work harder. "Are you working hard or joyfully".
